Bergen Celebrity Sighting: Franklin Lakes' Jacqueline Laurita visits The Valley Hospital
By

Franklin Lakes resident Jacqueline Laurita, one of the stars of Bravo TV’s Real Housewives of New Jersey, recently visited The Valley Hospital to tour the Neonatal Care Unit (NICU).  Laurita, who was accompanied by representatives of the New Jersey Chapter of the March of Dimes, has been named Celebrity Spokeswoman for the 2011 March for Babies.

The reality TV star was given a tour of Valley’s state-of-art NICU by Frank Manginello, M.D., director of Neonatology and a 30-year March of Dimes supporter.

“Seeing babies who were born too soon and too sick to go home with their families was an unforgettable experiences,” says Laurita.  “It reaffirmed why I chose to volunteer with the March of Dimes – an organization that is the champion for all babies.”
