Guest chefs are Alexander Gorant of Axia in Tenafly and Baste in Ridgewood; Ryan DePersio of Fascino in Montclair and Bar Cara in Bloomfield; and pastry chef Josip Franc of Lunello’s Restaurant in Cedar Grove.
