Westwood Brownie Troop 4307 recently visited the Dairy Queen in Emerson as part of their Celebrating Community badge, as the location is designated as a landmark. The owner of DQ, Toni Plantamura-Rossi, talked about the history of the franchise and her store in Emerson.
