The Ridgewood Y hosted their 38th Annual Golf Outing this past Monday at Knickerbocker Country Club in Tenafly. Guests were able to play golf, meet up with old friends, bid on prizes and raise funds for the Ridgewood YMCA's Good Works Programs. Through the Good Works Programs, the Ridgewood Y meets community needs and serves everyone, regardless of ability to pay. Most of these programs are offered free or for only modest fees to those in need.

The competition ended at the 18th hole. But for the eleven golfers who qualified for the Park Avenue BMW Putt-Off, the excitement and tension had only just begun. The grand prize of a free lease on a new BMW made for a fun-filled, knee-knocking putting competition. Peter Landers took home the coveted prize.
