Chef, cookbook author and Emmy-winning TV personality Michael Chiarello was the guest of honor at the Great Grill & Pig Out event this past wednesday night at Florentine Gardens in River Vale.
The event brought together over 30 of the area's restaurants to present their specialties, complemented by an international selection of wines hand-selected by Chuck Russo of Carlo Russo's Wine & Spirit World. The lively and informal evening featured a silent auction and live entertainment by Mark Sganga & Friends.
