04/25/11 - This Wednesday the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern will showcase Wines of the Pacific Northwest Region highlighting “The Art of Pinot.” Executive Chef Bryan Gregg will prepare a regionally inspired menu including Alaskan King Crab, Red King Salmon and Elk Loin, each course perfectly paired with four wines from Oregon (Erath Pinot Gris, A to Z Pinot Gris, Ken Wright Canary Hill Pinot Noir and Domaine Serene Evenstad Reserve Pinot Noir).

The 7:00 p.m. dinner is priced at $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Please call Kathleen to reserve at (201) 445-4115.
