HELL'S KITCHEN

8:oo p.m. Monday nights, Fox

It's 10 chefs down, eight to go on Fox's "Hell's Kitchen." And Bergen County's two chefs are still in the game.

Now the show can truly kick into high gear, says River Vale's Dana Cohen.

"We've kind of shed the dead weight," Cohen said. "You'll really see the competition start to get really fierce."

Cohen and Lyndhurst's Justin Antiorio have gone through ups and downs on Gordon Ramsay's wrath-filled culinary competition.

Ramsay praised Cohen for "beautifully cooked" halibut one minute and yelled at her for raw lobster the next. Antiorio scored the only perfect score on the blind taste test in the series' history, but struggled through a tough slot-machine challenge (which he ultimately aced).
