Ridgewood's Caytha Jentis premiered her new film "Bad Parents" at the Montclair Film Festival last night. The film stars Janeane Garofalo and Ben Bailey. Ridgewood's Lauren Sudol plays Garofalo's daughter in the film. “Bad Parents” is not a hard-hitting documentary but a black comedy that tells the story of Garofalo’s character signing up her 7-year-old daughter (played by Sudol) for the club soccer team and quickly becoming consumed by the life and politics before she just snaps. The film was shot and produced in Ridgewood.
