We devoured many a bucket of wings while living there and have tried in vain for many years to duplicate our experience in New Jersey. At last, our search is over. Blind Boar Bar-B-Que is a great addition to the comfort-food-that-sticks-to-the-ribs dining scene. The wings are sublime, as is the "classic" macaroni & cheese. Fire-roasted bacon jam with Texas toast is an unexpected but savory starter. Chef Jay's "Dr. Pepper" baby back ribs and Memphis-style spareribs are also notable. The dÇcor is roadhouse and garage-sale chic, and there are enough flat screen TVs for one to keep tabs on multiple sporting events. I find the place to be endearing and comforting, and it's nice to have it here in our own back yard."
