Heather McIntosh, daughter of Susan McIntosh of Locust Grove, Va., married Andrew Braden, son of Christine and John Braden of Ridgewood, on Dec. 4 at Ocean Coral and Turquesa, Puerto Morelos, Mexico. (A combined reception celebrating the marriage of Heather and Andrew and the 40th anniversary of Christine and John Braden was held in late December at the Woman’s Club of Ridgewood.)
Danielle Nicholson was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Priscilla Brotten, Kylie Clark and Emily Carper.
Jim Braden and Jeff Braden, brothers of the groom, were best men. Groomsmen were Jeremy Martin and Matthew Martin.
Garrett and Bryce Nicholson served as ring bearers and Amanda McIntosh-Braden was the flower girl.
The bride is a graduate of James Madison University and currently works as a program analyst for Department of the Navy at The Pentagon.
The groom is a 1994 graduate of Ridgewood High School. He received a bachelor of science degree from Heidelberg College, Ohio, and earned his master’s in engineering physics at the University of Virginia. He currently works as a systems engineer at Dahlgren Naval Surface Warfare Base.
After a honeymoon in Cozumel, the couple now resides in Fredericksburg, Va.
