Fall flavors are here, and that doesn't just mean the food. (201) asked The Shannon Rose, with locations in Ramsey and Clifton, to showcase some of its signature autumn cocktails. And the results just scream to be sipped.

(201) and The Shannon Rose encourage readers to drink responsibly.

    1/2     ounce butterscotch schnapps
        Caramel
         Graham cracker crumbs (finely crushed)
        Tall cinnamon stick

Chill a martini glass. Combine the alcohol in a pint glass or cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Rim the martini glass with caramel syrup and graham cracker crumbs. Strain alcohol into the martini glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Blackberry Cider
    2     ounces Chambord
    1/2      ounce blackberry brandy
    6      ounces Angry Orchard cider

Fill a pint glass with ice. Add Chambord and blackberry brandy, then top off with cider. Do not shake or stir; let the liquor rest on the bottom.

Raspberry Cheesecake Martini
