A dizzying array of attractions awaits you at MK Valencia, a 100-seat restaurant that has brought neon lights and watermelon margaritas to Ridgefield Park's down-to-earth Main Street.

You'll see what I mean once you step in, take a whiff of the new-furniture smell in the sleek lounge, and pass the fish and seafood display on the way to your seat. It might be located between a mesh metal curtain and a wall of wine lockers (available for lease, $350 a year), or near draped lamps and wavy wall tiles.
