The Post-Mardi Gras/Pre-St. Patrick's, Cajun/Irish Whiskey Feast held at Griffin's in Cresskill. Participants were treated to six Cajun/Irish-style dinner courses paired with a selection of six Irish Whiskeys.

The tasting session was led by Maltmaster Prentiss Mooney, who provided discourse on the history, production and characteristics, and counsel on techniques for maximizing the enjoyment of the malts.
