If it weren't for the turgid soundtrack of Italian tenors, the song I might have heard playing in my head at Limoncello would have been Billy Joel's classic "Scenes From an Italian Restaurant." Fans of the neighborhood BYO bring "a bottle of red, a bottle of white" to spend an unchallenging evening wrapped in the familiar embrace of what Joel fondly calls "our Italian restaurant."

The team behind Limoncello, brothers Jimmy and Remy Qosja, have also owned and operated Il Viccolo in Livingston for 17 years. It appears that they've got the concept down.
