Arben "Alberto" Dautaj is a seasoned restaurateur, with several restaurants in Passaic County and upstate New York.
"But I wanted to come back to Bergen County," he says, recalling his first restaurant, a small establishment in Teaneck in the 1990s.
In early July, Dautaj opened Zana D in Tenafly, in the former Segreto space on Prospect Terrace.
"As soon as I saw the property, I fell in love with it," he says. "But of course, I'm making changes."
