The James Beard Foundation and Vermilion hosted a thought-provoking panel discussion and five-course Indian-Latin fusion dinner to create awareness of the rarity of women in leadership roles in the culinary industry. The panelists included Martha Stewart, River Edge resident and President of the James Beard Foundation Susan Ungaro, Lidia Bastianich, Dorothy Hamilton, Rohini Dey, and moderator Martha Teichner.
