Lori and Vincent Trovini are always on the move. With full-time jobs, two very active girls, Casey and Gabby, and helping with the family business, Rao's Restaurant in New York City, this family has very little downtime. Before their hectic summer schedule began, the Trovinis decided to host a backyard barbecue at their Washington Township home.
Deciding to make this barbecue a little more special, Lori called on manager Gerry Straub of Kings in Hillsdale to cater their event. Since Kings is a full-service caterer, from food to florals and everything in between, the Trovinis knew they would be able to relax and enjoy the day. With many delicious menu options suggested by Gerry and his staff, Lori and Vincent decided on an upscale menu, sparkling drinks and lovely floral arrangements to complete their table décor.
