The Young People�s Chorus at Thurnauer (YPC@T), the student choir of the JCC Thurnauer School of Music, held its 2012 Winter Concert. The performance will took place at Kaplen JCC on the Palisades� Taub Auditorium. The concert will included the Prelude (ages 6-9) and Concert (ages 10-18) choirs, as well as the Grieco and McCloud choirs. The Young People’s Chorus at Thurnauer (YPC@T)  of the JCC Thurnauer School of Music held their Winter Concert last night in the Taub Auditorium at Kaplen JCC on the Palisades. The concert featured two choirs as well as the Grieco and McCloud choirs. The latter two ensembles are part of the Music School’s Music Discovery Partnership. The choir is an affiliate of the Young People’s Chorus of New York City, whose music director, Francisco Nuñez, recently earned a 2011 MacArthur Fellowship award, named ABC’s Person of the Week on September 23, 2011 and received a 2011 National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Award from First Lady Michelle Obama.
