Chef Central held a Festa Italiana outdoor Italian food festival, where various vendors showed off their products and top recipes.
There were also workshops and tastings of Italian food, including a pizza-making demonstration from the chefs at A Mano in Ridgewood, voted Best Pizza in (201) Magazine's Best of Bergen 2012.
