The scene at the private Upper Saddle River residence of Rick and Lisa Klauser this past Friday was like that of a flash mob – as in paparazzi crazy. Attendees of Immaculate Heart Academy’s Junior Prom worked the red carpet, decked out in formal wear best, as proud parents snapped, flashed, texted and tweeted images and updates.
The girls looked resplendent in a kaleidoscope of colorful cocktail dresses while the guys rocked Mad Men suave dark tuxedos with a few dapper blazer/slacks combos creating a complimentary contrast.
The boys from St. Joseph’s, Bergen Catholic, Don Bosco and other surrounding high schools sidelined their traditional sports rivalry and embraced the quintessence of perfect gentlemen.
The junior prom was held at the Woodcliff Lake Hilton.
