First grade students at the Willard Elementary School in Ridgewood received a special visit on Friday from Dunlap the Penguin from Jenkinson's Aquarium in Point Pleasant.
Each January, the students study penguins with a penguin visit made possible by the Home and School Association of Willard School to the children to meet a live penguin firsthand.
Friday was also pajama day at the Willard School.
