The bridge spanning over a creek on Old Stone Church Road in Upper Saddle River held its official re-opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony yesterday. The bridge was recently repaired by the Bergen County Department of Public Works.

To aid in the ribbon cutting were the Parmelee sisters, who served as "Mayors for a Day."
