Arts Horizons of Englewood held its fifth annual Gala celebrating the lives of actress Celeste Holm and painter Leroy Neiman at the JW Marriott Essex House Monday night.
Arts Horizons is dedicated to transforming the lives of children through the power of arts education programs designed to encourage creativity, enhance literacy and improve self esteem leading to success in school and in life.
