Health East Ambulatory Surgical Center (HEASC) located in Englewood, will begin practicing robotic surgery with the latest version of the DaVinci SI Surgical System, a robot that enhances the capabilities of a surgeon and creates a faster recovery time for patients.
HEASC is the first Ambulatory Surgical Center on the East coast to have the DaVinci SI and the second surgery center nationwide to offer the DaVinci method. DaVinci SI Surgical System offers a minimally invasive alternative to open surgery performed through a single, small incision.
