CrossFit of Saddle Brook held its Lift 4 Lungs event yesterday. The event featured challenging elimination workouts dedicated to the memory of Jeff Trojca to benefit the National Lung Cancer Partnership. Lift 4 Lungs consisted of four challenging elimination workouts.
