No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Sweepstakes is sponsored by North Jersey Media Group Inc. (“NJMG”), publisher of (201) Magazine and operator of the Website bergen.com. Sweepstakes runs Feburary 1, 2013 - February 28, 2013. The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of Bergen County, New Jersey, ages 18 years and older at the time of entry. Officers, directors, and employees of NJMG, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as any of the foregoing individuals are not eligible.
To be eligible, mail a fully completed (201) requestor card (which is mailed with the March 2013 issue of (201) Magazine) or fully complete and submit the electronic requestor card located at www.bergen.com/request201. Only fully completed online entries submitted by February 28, 2013 at 11:59 P.M EST or fully completed requestor cards postmarked by February 28, 2013 will be eligible. No photocopies or facsimiles permitted. All entrants fully completing the entry form will be entered in the Sweepstakes drawing. Limit of one entry per household.

NJMG, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, owners and agents of each of the forgoing entities are not responsible for lost, ineligible, late, damaged, incorrect, erroneous, incomplete, defective, illegible, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, online failures, hardware, software, or any other technical malfunctions, disturbances, communications failures, or any other circumstances affecting receipt of entries or entrants’ ability to participate in Sweepstakes. All entries become the exclusive property of NJMG, and will not be returned.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected on or about March 4, 2013 from all eligible entries received, in a random drawing by NJMG, whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

One (1) winner total will be selected to receive the following prize:

Two (2) VIP Tickets to the (201) Style & Beauty Week Kickoff Party on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at The Estate at Florentine Gardens in River Vale, NJ from 7:00-9:00 pm. Approximate prize value: $200.00

All prizes will be awarded.  One prize per household. NJMG reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The winner will be notified by telephone call to the number on the Entry Form within approximately one (1) week of the selection. Winner must supply valid ID and sign, complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and publicity release within seven (7) days of attempted notification. If the winner fails to respond to prize notification call within forty-eight (48) hours, or if the winner fails to return required documentation, that winner’s entry will be void and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. For identity of prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to (201) American Express Gift Card Sweepstakes, 41 Oak Street, Ridgewood, NJ 07450-3805. Requests must be received by May 1, 2013.

Entry constitutes agreement to hold NJMG and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, and the officers, directors, employees, owners and agents of each of the foregoing entities, harmless from and against any and all damages, liability, losses, and expenses arising out of, or claimed to be arising out of, this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize(s).

NJMG reserves the right to terminate, modify, or otherwise change this Sweepstakes at its sole discretion if it becomes aware of any event that could compromise its security or fairness. NJMG’s decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Any tampering with the online Sweepstakes in any manner is prohibited. NJMG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether the online Sweepstakes has been tampered with or whether the security or fairness of the sweepstakes has been compromised. NJMG reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the sponsor suspects or has found, in its sole discretion, to have tampered with the Sweepstakes, submitted multiple entries or submitted entries using any automated means. In the event NJMG determines the Sweepstakes has been tampered with, NJMG reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Sweepstakes or the relevant portion(s) thereof. If NJMG determines, in its sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events outside NJMG’s control compromise the integrity or viability of the Sweepstakes, NJMG reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Sweepstakes or the relevant portion(s), there of.

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution, transfer, exchange or cash redemption of prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of NJMG. Taxes and/or fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. American Express Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions printed thereon.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in New York, Florida, and elsewhere where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law.
Entry constitutes agreement to be bound by all of the foregoing rules and terms. Acceptance of prize also constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and likeness for advertising and/or promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
