Any true beer enthusiast knows that there really isn't a bad time, or wrong season, to enjoy a cold one. But a major annual sports phenomenon, like our collective madness at NCAA Division I Basketball Tournament time, provides an additional (even if unneeded) excuse.
As we get ready to work on our brackets and then frantically track our picks as the tournament progresses, (201) thought it would be good to build a list of some of the best places in Bergen to watch the games, along with some of the great beers they offer to be enjoyed while we're watching. These places range from smaller, neighborhood spots like the Glen Rock Inn with six TVs -- one of the first places in our area to subscribe to televised sports packages -- to larger venues like Brady's at the Station in Ramsey, with two floors and 25 screens! We think you'll agree that they're all strong picks. Here's our Sweet 16!
