THE ANSWER: A line in singer-songwriter Billy Joel's song “Movin’ Out” (subtitled "Anthony's Song") asks the question, "Who needs a house out in Hackensack?" The song, from the artist's fifth album “The Stranger,” ranked 25th on the Billboard charts for that year. The title of the song was later used as title for the Twyla Tharp’s Broadway dance musical based on the songs of Billy Joel.
