The inaugural Big Game 5K was held yesterday at Westfield Garden State Plaza to benefit several New Jersey/New York Metropolitan Area non-profit organizations, with guest ambassadors and former football stars Joe Morris (NY Giants) and Bruce Harper (NY Jets).

The race, entitled “One Run, Many Lives Touched,” raised over $60,000 for local charities including Adler Aphasia Center, Boys & Girls Clubs, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey, Maria Fareri Children's Hospital, Children's Aid and Family Services, and Heroes & Cool Kids.
