The Adler Aphasia Center of Maywood held its Spring fundraiser, Eat Play Give, at Space Odyssey in Englewood. The evening included food, entertainment, glow-in-the-dark bowling, carnival games, laser tag, paintless paintball, video games, skeeball and live music by 501South w/ lead vocalist Dana Adler.
The Adler Aphasia Center, a non-profit organization, is a post-rehabilitative therapeutic center that addresses the long-term needs of people with aphasia and their families. Aphasia is a language disorder caused by stroke or other brain injury.
