Volunteers with the Passaic Sheriffs Labor Assistant Program fill sandbags at the Totowa DPW yard to help protect area residents from the potential floods of hurricane Irene. Residents from Totowa and Woodland Park are able to receive the sandbags from the DPW Yard on Furler Street.
