The Bicycle Touring Club of North Jersey hosted its 38th annual Ramapo Rally this past Sunday, where over 1,000 cyclists participated in one of six tours spanning from 12 to 125 miles.
The tours welcomed novice and professional riders and families, and hosted a barbecue lunch, accompanied by massage and wellness stands. Cyclists departed from Campgaw Mountain Reservation in Mahwah and travelled across scenic North Jersey routes.
Funds will be donated to local charities such as the New Jersey Bike & Walk Coalition and Camp Sunshine, which focuses its attention on children and teens with disabilities.
The Bicycle Touring Club of North Jersey was founded with the purpose of giving people the opportunity to ride.
