Joseph Cuccia Catering Inc. hosted a Chef's Table event at their private dining venue, 17 Summer, in Lodi this past Saturday.
Executive chef and owner Joseph Cuccia served up some innovative dishes to take guests on an end-of-summer culinary adventure. "Food is not meant to be pretentious,” Cuccia says. “Food is meant to enhance your senses, heighten your emotions and transport you to places you have never been. We are dedicated to creating this experience simply by using the best ingredients, sharing our passion for food, continuing to hone in on our craft, artistry and vision. Joseph Cuccia Catering holds two Chef's Table a month, serving a four-course seasonal menu that changes each month (sometimes even twice a month). Those events are open to the public by reservation only and seats are limited.
Joseph Cuccia Catering Inc. will be open for (201) Magazine's Restaurant Week, Oct. 8-12 and 15-17, offering two seatings on each date 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Reservation only. They will also showcase their food on Monday, Sept. 30 at (201)’s restaurant week kick-off party, Dish.
