Glen Rock Women in Community Service (WICS) and the Glen Rock Chamber of Commerce co-sponsored the annual children's Halloween Parade this past weekend. WCIS sold apple cider and donuts and distributed treat bags during that time. Immediately following the parade, children trick-or-treated at participating merchants.
