The Children's Heart Foundation held their Victory for Victoria red carpet gala at Il Villaggio in Carlstadt.
Every year 40,000 babies in the U.S. are born with a congenital heart defect. The event's honoree this year was baby Victoria Kempf who was born on July 2 with a heart defect. She had life saving open heart surgery on July 5. The Children's Heart Foundation funds the most promising research and offers support to families affected by congenital heart disorders.
